The primary purpose of CAEA shall be to advance, improve, encourage and stimulate the quality of education in the Visual Arts in the state of Colorado.

Goals

• CAEA will develop, implement and support programming to promote art education.
• CAEA will increase and sustain its membership and deliver quality services to its constituents.
• CAEA will advocate for Visual Art Education at the state and community levels.
• CAEA will ensure that human, financial and physical resources are in place, well manages and linked by efficient system of communication to carry out the mission
